Composition

Fresh turkey meat 70 %, broken rice, turkey meat*, brewer’s yeast*, salmon oil** (omega-3), pea protein, vegetable fibers, yucca extract, rosemary extract, green-lipped mussel extract, Sensitive-complex (carrots*, dandelion*, green tea*, chamomile*, oregano*, milk thistle seed*, rose petals*, seaweed*, broccoli*, cranberry seed*). Delivery & Returns

We offer FREE Mainland UK delivery on all orders over £55*, orders under £55 will have a delivery charge applied starting from just £4.49 depending on the weight of the order. 

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day, orders placed on a Bank Holiday or Weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Orders are shipped with either DPD or Royal Mail. 

We currently do not deliver to the Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey), Northern Ireland, Shetland Islands or Worldwide.

*Orders delivered to the following postcodes are subject to a flat rate £19.99 delivery charge on orders up to 24kg, DPD class these postcodes as Highlands and Offshore: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44.

Orders delivered with DPD require a signature, however, the customer can choose for the parcel to be left in a safe place, left with a neighbour or delivered to a DPD Pick Up Shop of their choosing. If the customer chooses for their parcel to be left in a safe place by the driver, the customer is therefore fully responsible for the parcel once the driver has delivered the parcel. DPD will attempt delivery once of your parcel, if unsuccessful DPD will deliver your parcel to a local DPD Pick Up Shop for you to collect. If parcels are returned or refused by the customer a return charge of £9.99 will be deducted from the refund of the returned order.

Orders delivered with Royal Mail don't require a signature, the customer can choose for the parcel to be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour. If the customer chooses for their parcel to be left in a safe place by the driver, the customer is therefore fully responsible for the parcel once the driver has delivered the parcel.

Unfortunately My Pet Warehouse UK cannot be responsible for delays that are caused by DPD or Royal Mail and orders make take longer to arrive than originally advertised.

Please contact us if you have not received your order within five working days from when the order was dispatched, otherwise we will not be held responsible.
