I need help with my subscription order!

How can I cancel my subscription?
Login into your account and go to "Subscriptions", your active subscription(s) will be listed there. Next to your subscription product(s) select "Cancel" then click "Cancel subscription" please select the reason for cancelling and click "Next" then click "No thanks - cancel subscription". Your subscription will then be cancelled
immediately.
Can I add products to my subscription order?
Login into your account and go to "Subscriptions", your active subscription(s) will be listed there. Under your subscription product(s) click "Add Product" then search for the product(s) you would like to add to your next subscription order, you will have the option to add the product(s) either as a one time purchase or added to as an subscription.
Can I change the products on my subscription order?
Yes, simply login into your account and go to "Subscriptions", your active subscription(s) will be listed there. Next to your subscription product(s) click "Swap" you'll then be able to change the products on next subscription order.
Can I redeem my Reward Points against my subscription order?
Unfortunately Reward Points cannot be redeemed on subscriptions orders at this time.
