Click and Collect

Click & Collect within 1 Hour on Orders Placed Before 4pm Monday to Friday*.

*Order by 4pm Monday to Friday for your Click & Collect order to be ready to collect within one hour from My Pet Warehouse (Malvern Store). 

*Order by 4pm Monday to Friday for your Click & Collect order to be ready to collect the next available day from Henwick Park Pet Supplies (Worcester Store).

Simply choose the "Collect in Store" option at the checkout, select which store you would like to collect your order from and place the order. Once your order is ready to collect you will be emailed notifying you that your order is ready to collect. 

We hold Click & Collect orders for up to 14 days before cancelling and refunding the order, unless we are notified with a specific collection date.
