Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your order but if for any reason you need to return something, we are here to help.

If you would like to cancel your order, please notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by emailing us at mail@mypetwarehouse.co.uk, any cancellations after the 14 calendar days will not be valid. Please note orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In this case, please wait to receive the order and then follow our returns process below.

Alternatively, you can return your order via post for a refund, excluding any original postage charges, but do note that all shipping fees to return an order are at the cost of the customer. Please ensure the goods are returned within 14 calendar days of receipt and in their original packaging and include a copy of your delivery note. If parcels are refused by the customer a return charge of £9.99 will be deducted from the refund of the returned order.

We don't offer exchanges or swaps. 

If returning a dog bed, coat or collar all original labels and tags must be attached to the item(s) and be pet hair free to be eligible for a refund and be in there original packaging. All other items must be unopened and in there original condition. If a dog bed is returned in a used state or pet hair is visible on the product we have the right to either refuse your return or deduct £9.99 from the refund in order for us to clean the product. 

Delivery costs are non-refundable, if part of an order is returned resulting in the order now totalling under £55 a delivery charge will be applied to the order, being either charged or deducted from the refund.

Any products that arrive damaged or faulty on order must be reported within three working days of receiving the order along with photos of the damaged/ faulty products. Damaged products will be collected unless stated otherwise so musn't be disposed of. Any claims after three working days will not be valid and cannot be processed.
