Built in odour neutraliser eliminates bad smells rather than masking them. Our vegan and paraben-free shampoo for dogs and puppies also removes dirt and grease leaving the coat feeling soft and shiny with a long-lasting nice smell.

Infused with Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5) helps to detangle, moisturise and condition your dogs coat whilst removing puppy and doggy odours. Dog wash cleanses deeply yet will not irritate the skin, leaving the coat clean, plush and smelling irresistible!

The puppy shampoo and conditioner formula is vegan and helps soothe and nourish the coats sensitive skin. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday, any orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the next working day, orders placed on a Bank Holiday or Weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. 

Orders are shipped with either DPD or Royal Mail.

Orders delivered with DPD require a signature, however, the customer can choose for the parcel to be left in a safe place, left with a neighbour or delivered to a DPD Pick Up Shop of their choosing. If the customer chooses for their parcel to be left in a safe place by the driver, the customer is therefore fully responsible for the parcel once the driver has delivered the parcel. DPD will attempt delivery once of your parcel, if unsuccessful DPD will deliver your parcel to a local DPD Pick Up Shop for you to collect. 

Orders delivered with Royal Mail don't require a signature, the customer can choose for the parcel to be left in a safe place or left with a neighbour. If the customer chooses for their parcel to be left in a safe place by the driver, the customer is therefore fully responsible for the parcel once the driver has delivered the parcel.
