Loyalty points are only rewarded to customers that have accounts and not rewarded to customers that use guest accounts on our website.
To redeem your loyalty points, please follow the steps below.
1. Login to your account and go to your account, once there click on "Reward Points" under your name.
2. On this page your total amount of points will show, click "Convert points to E-wallet", once you've clicked this your Reward Points will be able to redeemed against your next order.
3. To redeem your points against your order, go to checkout once you've added all your items to your bag, login and follow the checkout until you reach step 4 "Payment" once there you'll be able to see your Reward Points be deducted from the order, you will also have the option not to use your Reward Points if you choose.
