We offer free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £40. Orders under £10 are subject to a £5.99 charge and orders between £10.01 and £40 are subject to a £4.99 charge.

We currently do not deliver to Channel Islands (Jersey & Guernsey), Northern Ireland or Worldwide.

We currently send parcels via DPD. Parcels sent with DPD require signatures, however, the customer can choose for the parcel to be left in a safe place once they receive an email from DPD stating their delivery date. If the customer chooses for their parcel to be left in a safe place by the driver, the customer is therefore fully responsible for the parcel once the driver has delivered the parcel. The customer will also have the option to have the parcel left with a neighbour, rearrange the delivery date, change the delivery address, upgrade the delivery or collect from the customers local DPD depot.

Once your order has been processed and booked in for delivery with DPD, the customer will receive an email stating their delivery date. On the morning of the delivery, DPD will email to inform the customer of an hour time slot of which the parcel shall be delivered.

If parcels have been attempted to be delivered three times, this will result in the parcel now having to be collected from the customers nearest DPD depot. In this case, we contact the customer to arrange redelivery. The customer will be prompted by ourselves to choose an option provided by DPD so their parcel can be delivered (e.g. left in safe place or left with neighbour).

Unfortunately mypetwarehouse.co.uk cannot be responsible for delays that are caused by DPD and orders make take longer to arrive than originally advertised.

When returning items please enclose the delivery note that was originally sent with the order, or a copy of the purchase email. When returning items please make sure you send the item(s) securely packaged. We only accept products returns if unused and are in the original condition with all packaging still attached, we cannot accept returns that don't meet this criteria. The customer is responsible for the costs of returning an item, however if the reason for returning the item is due to mypetwarehouse.co.uk's error we will contact the customer to arrange collection.
