Orders placed before 5pm will available to be collected the next working day. Orders placed after 5pm will be available to collect after two working days. Orders will be able to be collected within our stores opening times. Customers will be notified when orders are ready to be collected. All orders will be kept in store for 7 days after order date until collected, orders not collected after 7 days will be cancelled and refunded. If customers would like orders to be collected on a certain day/ date, please inform us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or phone (01684 576447). When collecting your order from either of our stores you may be asked for proof of purchase, please bring a copy of your order confirmation.

Prices that are displayed on this website are only available to purchase online and are not available in-store and prices in-store are not available online. In-store loyalty schemes cannot be used via this website and nor can website prices be used in conjunction with in-store loyalty schemes.

mypetwarehouse.co.uk has the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice. This offer entitles the customer to 1 point for every £1 that they spend. The total points that the customer earns will be decided after all discounts have been deducted from the shopping cart subtotal. 1-point equals 3p. Loyalty/ Advantage points are not rewarded with orders that use any discount codes. Loyalty points are only able to be redeemed via mypetwarehouse.co.uk and cannot be redeemed in-store. Loyalty points are only valid for 24 months from when they are rewarded.
